Our crew of professionals are pioneers in the air sector. An organization chart that brings together a team of veteran technicians in aviation with an experienced commercial and financial department.
We offer an efficient and economical assistance by our qualified and experienced team, ensuring that the attention to costs and safety are not reduced.
Experience and Innovation
Our team of professionals, with more than thirty years of experience in the aeronautical sector, is at your disposal for the direction and practical management of projects beyond a theoretical elaboration.
- We prioritise technological and organisational solutions with low operating costs that lead to increased productivity.
- We elaborate and apply projects until validating their full performance and profitability.
- We promote the integration of new technological advances with the aim of guaranteeing success and quality in each project.
What are our goals?
We guide airlines to take off in their process of growth and development and support the management and maintenance control. As well as consolidating airlines expansion in the market, assuming usual tasks that are difficult to attend and, nevertheless, they need special attention for being extremely important in an airline.
Stages of action:
- Analysis and evaluation of organizational processes.
- Definition and consolidation of the structure.
- Feasibility study.
- Search intermediation in specific media.
- Realisation guidance and supervision.
- Study and development of projects.
- Additional or atypical activities commercialisation.
One of our main strengths is assisting in the management of an airline’s fleet by hiring aircraft in Wet Lease concept to cover peak service demand.
- Viability analysis of the company in the launch phase.
- Budget and feasibility plans.
- Business plan.
- Financial planning.
- Evaluation and yearly reports.
- Management and audit assistance.
- Route analysis.
- Commercial planning.
- Costs control and contracts valuation.
- Fares development.
Flight Operational Quality Assurance (FOQA)
Also known as Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) or Flight Data Analysis, it is a method of capturing, analysing and/or viewing data generated by an aircraft moving through the air from one point to another. This analysis helps to find new ways to improve flight safety and increase the overall operational efficiency of the air travel.
Safety is a fundamental requirement in the aeronautic sector, involving manufacturers, subcontractors, authorities, flight operators and maintenance centres in continuous auditing processes.
A potential and trained staff in the development of quality audits ensures the company a clear vision of its processes conditions and helps the early detection of deviations and possible corrections to follow aeronautic regulations.
IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA)
The IATA Operational Safety Audit program is an internationally recognised and accepted assessment system designed to evaluate the management and control operating systems of an airline.
IOSA uses internationally recognised quality audit principles and it is designed to perform audits in a standardised and solid way.
Fuel Management Information System (FMIS)
The Fuel Management Information System is an IATA method for checking the program by reducing the fuel and carbon emissions of an airline.
It covers several areas such as dispatch, flight operations, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), Integrated Aircraft Performance Monitoring (IAPM) and weight control.
Our educational department, QUALIFLIGHT AVIATION TRAINING based in Spain, provides a high aeronautical specialisation training with a worldwide operational field. Authorised by the European and national authorities E-ATO-233. We offer Type Rating courses for Boeing 737-747-757-767-777-787, Airbus 320-330-340 and Fokker F70/100.
In addition to training for the approved Types Rating, Qualiflight is authorized as an English Language Proficiency Testing (ELPT) and Spanish Language Proficiency Testing (SLPT) for pilots and air controllers. Thus, we can also offer the evaluation and following ICAO Certification, necessary for these professionals in English and Spanish language.
Evidence Based Training (EBT)
EBT prioritises the development and evolution of a relevant global competency framework and aligns the training content with the real competencies needed in its context.
The EBT is part of the IATA Training and Qualification Initiative (ITQI) which includes: Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL), Pilot Aptitude Test (PAT), Instructor Qualification (IQ), Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD) and Engineering & Maintenance (E&M).
